Request for Proposal: Transitional Living Program
PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of the purpose of providing high-quality, safe and stable housing services for youth and young adults. The New Mexico Transitional Living for young adults program provides trauma-responsive, developmentally appropriate living environments and supportive services to transition-aged young people ages seventeen to twenty-three, unless approved otherwise. The program promotes safety, youth choice, empowerment, skill development, stable housing, and long-term well-being that may be delivered through one-on-one (individual) or group-based activities designed to foster positive youth development, strengthen resilience, and support the social, emotional, and academic well-being of participating youth.

Proposals DUE DATE AND TIME: Completed applications must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 5:00 PM MST ON Thursday, December 31, 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
