Notice of Public Hearing for NMAC PSD 8.10.2 Intake and 8.10.3 Investigation Amendments
The Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD) will hold a public hearing on December 3, 2026, from 10 a.m. to noon in the Zia Conference Room on the fifth floor of the PERA Building located at 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, NM 87501, to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to 8.10.2 NMAC Protective Service Intake and 8.10.3 NMAC Protective Service Investigation.
Interested persons may testify at the hearing or submit written comments no later than 5 p.m., December 1. Written comments will be given the same consideration as verbal comments given at the hearing. Written comments should be emailed to cyfd.policy@cyfd.nm.gov.

The Children, Youth and Families Department will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 22 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in Apodaca Hall on the second floor the PERA Building located at 1120 Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501, to receive public comments regarding a proposed new rule: NMAC 8.8.8 Multi-Level Response.
