Request for Proposal: Multi Services Home Providers
PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of multi-service home providers (MSH) with locations in Bernalillo County, New Mexico to ensure youth in state custody have reasonable and timely access to care services. CYFD seeks to contract with three (3) MSH programs that include: one (1) home with a minimum of six (6) and maximum of ten (10) beds designated for the male population; one (1) home with a minimum of six (6) and maximum of ten (10) beds designated for the female population; and one (1) home with a minimum of six (6) and maximum of ten (10) beds designated for both the male and female populations.

Proposals DUE DATE AND TIME: Completed applications must be received by the Procurement Manager no later than 3:00 PM MST ON Thursday, August 13, 2026. Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted.
