Request for Proposal: Domestic Violence Training, Technical Assistance, and Community Coordination
PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish contracts through competitive negotiations for the procurement of a full range of training, technical assistance, public awareness, and community coordination services from state or tribal domestic violence coalitions with a demonstrated history of supporting domestic violence service providers in New Mexico.
This RFP utilizes funding from the State of New Mexico, resulting in a three-year cost reimbursement contract with providers around the state.

Request for Proposal: Family Violence and Prevention Services
PURPOSE: The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of services to adult and youth victims of family violence, domestic violence, or dating violence and their dependents, including immediate shelter, supportive services, and prevention efforts. Awards resulting from this RFP will be cost reimbursement, following applicable federal and state guidelines. Offerors of services are encouraged to focus on discrete projects and costs to increase efficiency and minimize the administrative burden of cost reimbursement.
This RFP will prioritize programs and projects that enhance services for underserved and hard-to-reach populations, including children and their parents, survivors with cognitive and physical limitations, immigrants and refugees, men seeking services, Native Americans, the LGBTQ+ community, elders, and rural or frontier areas.
