CYFD BHS Domestic Violence Unit
The Domestic Violence Unit is housed within the Children, Youth and Family Department, Behavioral Health Services Division. It is tasked with distributing state and federal funds for domestic violence services in the State of New Mexico. The DV Unit is the federal Family Violence Services (FVPSA) State Administrator, oversees State funds for domestic violence, and approves Domestic Violence Offender Treatment or Intervention (Battering Intervention) programs.
